Public hearings take place in Council Chambers at Nelson City Hall (2nd Floor, 310 Ward Street). All persons who deem their interest in the property to be affected by the amending bylaws may be heard.
Written or verbal submissions concerning an application can be made at the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing, please submit your comments in writing to the Development Services and Engineering Department prior to 3:00 pm on the Friday prior to the public hearing.

All verbal comments or written submissions must include your name and civic address and will become part of the public record pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
